Recently, I noticed many vendors added a new brand called XT Doll (Xtreme Doll). “That’s odd,” I thought. “Perhaps, they’re a new TDF-approved brand (like Realing a few weeks ago).” Sure enough, they were on TDF. However, their TDF section wasn’t actually new. They’ve been around since 2019, yet I’ve never heard of them. Turns out, they’re actually XY Doll, a somewhat old and not too popular hybrid doll brand, who recently re-branded as XT Doll.
Not to be confused with XYcolo, XY Doll is a hybrid sex doll brand (silicone head + TPE body) that I never paid much attention to. Their heads and designs just never appealed to me. However, with the change to XT Doll, I revisited them 4 years later and was surprised by some beautiful heads. Additionally, they seem to have a few silicone bodies now as well. Therefore, let’s take a little tour, and check out some of the “extreme” dolls by the new XT Doll.
168cm TPE Body with Aelene Head
First, let’s start off with their hybrid 168cm Aelene. This pretty head caught my attention quickly with her youthful face and piercing blue eyes. Clearly an Asian-inspired face, but with blue eyes and brown implanted hair that creates an interesting combination. Although the face looks great, I can’t say the same about the TPE body. It has a slim, rectangular shape, and cheap look to it.
168cm TPE Body with Nina Head
Next on the list is the hybrid 168cm Nina. Immediately, she reminded me of XYcolo’s Vala, but arguably better. One of the prettiest heads I’ve seen in a while, I didn’t expect XY Doll to design something like this. It’s the same body as before, but somehow looks a bit better here.

150cm TPE Body with XiaoJoe & Eleanor Heads
Now, let’s look at an Asian head, which XY Doll is more known for. This silicone XiaoJoe head is fairly cute on a TPE 150cm body.
However, due to XT Doll’s photo-resizing issues, we need another photoset for the back view. This is the same body, but with their Eleanor head. Unfortunately, XT Doll also messed something up with these photos: the image quality.
158cm TPE Body with Mercat Head
For the final hybrid, let’s look at the 158cm Mercat. They took a more modern route with these photos, which resembles many other brands. Also, they did a nice job with the face details here (freckles and blemishes).
Full Silicone 162cm Body + Everleigh Head
Finally, we have a full silicone doll, starting with the 162cm Everleigh. If the TPE bodies weren’t curvy enough, XT Doll definitely went all-in on this one. It reminds me a lot of Irontech’s silicone bodies, but more exaggerated.
Full Silicone 160cm Body + Ruby Head
Last but not least is the full silicone 160cm Ruby. After a bunch of realistic faces, Ruby’s more anime/fantasy style shows off the variety in XT Doll’s sculpts. The breasts droop a bit on this body, otherwise I quite like this combination.
Conclusion
That’s just a few of the many dolls XT Doll offers. You may be wondering, why did XY Doll rebrand as XT Doll, and what will happen to their previous dolls? Unfortunately, I don’t have all the answers. From what I can tell, XT Doll shares most of the same TPE and silicone bodies (which I didn’t know they had) as XY. However, most of these heads are new, and weren’t under XY Doll. I haven’t seen any previous dolls transferred over yet. Surprisingly, their head designs improved a lot since I last saw them. Aelene and Nina are definitely winners in my book. We’ll probably learn more as time goes on. Until then, I hope this little Xtreme Doll tour was interesting and insightful.

Yeah, Nina looks incredible, BUT… I’m afraid these pictures may be AI enhanced/generated. I’ve been playing a little with generating faces with AI, and I can see some similarities. Pay closer attention to her eyes, they are a bit blurry, and distorted, especially on the third and the last picture. Also compare the third picture with the rest of them, the facial expression is different- eyes are a bit more squinted. I could be wrong, but it could be worth to find some more pics of her from other sources.
