Hi Im the guy that had the post about the damaged Zelex doll from Rosemary. Essentially what happened was I had gotten my doll and within a couple of times “using” her the lovehole had nearly disintegrated. However, I haven’t heard anyone mention them in a long time, and don’t think I ever read any reviews about them. I only heard that their payment method is weird. Ultimately, I’d guess and assume they’re legit (based on the owner and their listings) but not based on any actual reviews or feedback. You’ll have to do some more research on your own.

Quick update: I have added Rosemarydoll to my trusted vendor list. I have been silently vetting them for almost a year. What I really like about them is their passion and ambition to continuously grow and improve. The first users doll ripped even before a months use and all they did was send some glue. The other user hasn’t gotten a response from them after he experienced problems.

Those are very valid concerns. For the first point, I have to contact both the writer as well as Rosemarydoll. I remember seeing that post and thinking that the damage was extremely unusual. If they didn’t replace the doll, it means Zelex probably refused (due to customer damage). What happens next is what separates an excellent vendor from an average one (I mentioned before, most vendors don’t replace dolls due to customer damage, only the really good ones will). That happened 3 months ago and Tom got involved so I’m curious to know what happened afterwards. I will let you know what they say.
The second post didn’t provide enough details so I can’t quite assess it.

Some updates: I have one side of the story. Rosemarydoll shared with me some screenshots of their conversation. From the screenshots, the order of events was:
Customer tells Rosemarydoll (RD) about the problem > RD contacts Zelex > Zelex tells RD they will send glue and video to customer > RD tells the customer > customer accepts resolution, confirms address, and never replies again.
As we know, the story didn’t end because the customer went on Reddit looking for answers, but stopped communicating with RD. What this tells me is RD does everything “by-the-book” so to say- gets and follows solutions from the factory rather than going out-of-their-way or going above-and-beyond.
After I let RD know about this, they contacted Zelex today, and Zelex is sending the customer a new body. Seems a bit late but supposedly RD thought the issue was resolved 3 months ago.
I’m unable to contact the person on Reddit (it doesn’t let me send them a message), but I did contact the person in the 2nd link, and awaiting a response. A lot to learn from this, and a question of who was most at fault.
I will hold off on adding Rosemarydoll to my list for now. I had some good interactions with them in the past, and really like their ambitious and go-getter attitude, but I may have jumped the gun. A series of recent coincidences rushed my judgment. I technically don’t need to add anymore vendors- just wanted to give this fast-growing and enthusiastic vendor a chance, but definitely more research must be done. Their response time, I have to say, is super fast.

Hello, I was curious about bettersexdoll.com. They are TDF approved but fairly recently. They do sell brands that have knock-offs. These knock-off dolls do have the appropriate brand listed for them. For example, it will say Brand: AIBEI DOLL and not WM. The dolls in general are cheaper than a lot of sites but at a price that could be believable. It seems like it could be a good vendor as long as someone has done a fair amount of research and is careful, but I would appreciate any input you could offer on them.

Bettersexdoll seems like a weird vendor for TDF to approve. Probably because TDF wants unique vendors, and they carry 38 brands. Technically, you’re correct. If you do your research and understand what you’re getting, you can go for cheaper brands. Since some of their brands are relatively unknown, quality isn’t guaranteed even if they are TDF-approved. Their customer service is also a mystery – being TDF-approved doesn’t guarantee that anymore (as I’ve personally experienced). Will TDF actually intervene if something goes wrong? I’m testing that right now actually. Anyway, judging from their listings and authorization letters, you’ll probably get an authentic doll, but what happens if something goes wrong is anyone’s guess.

I’m not “testing” them per-say. It’s more that a TDF vendor scammed me (almost a year ago), and I’m seeing if TDF will do anything. So far, it seems like TDF doesn’t care.
As for YourDoll, I’m aware of the controversy. One of my former customers told me they got a knockoff doll from YourDoll before. However, that was a long time ago, and I think YourDoll has improved since then, but it’s forever a stain on their reputation. Tom is right that simply being a TDF vendor doesn’t mean anything, but that doesn’t mean all TDF vendors are bad. There’s just some bad apples in the bunch. Unfortunately, TDF also protects the bad ones.

Mailovedoll is a hard website to judge. From their brand listings, they seem legit based on their catalog, specifications, and customization options. They also have all the reseller certificates. However, what’s very suspicious about them are their extremely low prices. They have rock-bottom, no-profit prices, especially their in-stock dolls. It doesn’t seem possible unless they’re a Chinese vendor selling for pennies profit. I don’t know anyone that ordered from them so that’s really all I can say. There’s definitely some risk involved and can go either way. It’s also possible their customer service isn’t very good to save on costs.

Axbdolls.com is the official website of the AXB Doll brand. A few of my readers ordered from them and were satisfied so they should be safe to order from. As for the reviews, they all look fake to me, or at least 99% of them. Most of the reviews are very short or vague with poor grammar, and a bunch of them repeat multiple times with different names. Some of them accidentally say “customer” instead of “seller.” AXB definitely wrote 99% of the reviews, which hurts their credibility (shady business practices) but they’re a legit brand regardless.

Every vendor you mentioned offer the same Zelex promotions, and similar prices. MyRobotDoll also has the free second head and sucking vagina promo.
Basically, every vendor has different prices. There are many reasons why. In this case, TheSilverDoll and RosemaryDoll are both Chinese vendors, which usually have lower prices (money is worth more in China, lower operational costs and taxes, etc). Western vendors usually charge more due to higher operational costs and taxes, higher cost of living, etc, but customer service also differs between vendors. Sometimes cheaper vendors have worse customer service. In my opinion, MyRobotDoll and RosemaryDoll both have good customer service; I’m not sure about TheSilverDoll. It’s up to you who you want to order from.
TheSilverDoll and RosemaryDoll have the dolls listed as full silicone by default (because the photos are in full silicone) while MRD gives you an option for the TPE body.

Aibei is a weird brand. They’re a cheaper brand that started off making knockoff dolls (and probably still do). One of their more popular vendors, Hanidoll, sells them for around ~$500 on Ebay (in-stock in the US). Supposedly, they ship them in bulk by sea to the US. There’s also reputable vendors like MyRobotDoll that sell them for ~$1500. I believe they’re all from the Aibei factory, but Hanidoll (and other vendors) sell the “cheaper” version with simple skeleton, gooseneck, wire wrists, etc. I’m guessing the established vendors sell the upgraded versions with better skeletons, hinged neck and wrists, etc (but that’s just my guess, you have to ask). As I said, Aibei is a weird brand. It’s hard to say whether those are knockoffs or not because Aibei is traditionally a cheap, knockoff brand. In other words, they’re probably from the Aibei factory but the quality varies in that factory.

As I said, I’m not 100% sure. From what I heard from Hanidoll customers, their dolls have simple skeletons, gooseneck, wire wrists, etc. In order for Hanidoll to sell them at ~$500, they are mass-produced and shipped with the most basic options. I assume MyRobotDoll sells the versions with hinged necks and wrists (free EVO upgrade), but you have to ask them to be sure.
Someone emailed me recently with a poor review about his Hanidoll. He said the wrist was off-center so one side of the hand had less TPE (customer service told him it was a common problem), and there was a hole in the back of the anal cavity. He paid over $1000 for the doll with several upgrades including articulated fingers. Ultimately, I would say both Hanidoll and Aibei are a gamble since they’re a lower-quality brand. I would probably avoid these brands to be safe unless you want to gamble on the cheaper dolls. Hanidoll torsos seem to get better reviews than their full-sized dolls.

You remembered correctly. Dollto-China was on my list and they’re still a trusted vendor. I removed them mainly for two reasons: many of their collections are outdated (missing new dolls) and they didn’t seem popular among my readers. I still recommend them for Irokebijin dolls (probably still the best vendor for the Shiori and Akane dolls). But to answer your question, nothing really happened and they’re still trustworthy- they just fell behind and didn’t stand out among the other vendors anymore.

I wasn’t trying to dissuade you from 6YE. They’re still a good and well-known brand. When it comes to TPE dolls, WM Doll is definitely the most popular. I think people just find WM faces and bodies more appealing. All the websites listed in my post are good vendors to order from. SexDolls-Shop and SiliconeLovers both carry 6YE. MyRobotDoll is very up-to-date with their collections but they don’t carry 6YE. The other 2 vendors are for more niche audiences. Sexysexdoll, as you mentioned before, should be fine too.

They got that suspicious popup about people from random countries purchasing dolls every often, some dolls are about 100 dollars lower than the brand prices, 27 out of 27 reviews are all 5 stars, no one ever seems to have an issue which is too good to be true. Their faq includes some countries they don’t ship to, I asked via mail if they shipped to one of those mostly to test their response time, they answered in about 12 hours and their answer was contradictory saying that they DO ship to that country “safetly”.
Update. I even asked them via mail about a doll they don’t have listed in their site (at all, not just out of stock) and they say they actually sell it.

I’m very confident that KumaDoll sells authentic dolls. However, I agree with you that they have some unprofessional marketing strategies. According to them, these are common in Asia, and they said they would change it. Which country did you ask them about?
If a vendor carries a brand, they can sell any doll in that brand whether it’s listed or not. Most vendors dropship dolls that are made-on-order, and don’t actually have them in-stock. Kumadoll is behind on listing many dolls. As mentioned in the description, I only recommend them for lesser-known brands. Unfortunately, they are a legit vendor with a poorly-designed website; I might have to remove them again because of it, resulting in less brand options for my readers.
If they are legit and you can vouch they send you the correct item you are purchasing I wouldn’t remove them from the list. The purpose of this list is in any case to name trusted sites.
Just add a side note saying what you said to me: “They are a legit vendor with a poorly-designed website. They have some unprofessional marketing strategies due to according to them, these are common in Asia.”

Mexico is a tricky country for shipping. It’s technically possible to ship there, and most brands can ship there. However, many vendors choose not to because shipments get lost a lot in Mexico. In this case, it sounds like Irokebijin gave them the ok (they ship the doll, not the vendor). It’s a risk many vendors won’t take because if something goes wrong, they take the loss, not the brand. It sounds like Kumadoll is willing to ship there, but in your situation, I would still do some research first. Maybe find a vendor with experience shipping to Mexico because it’s supposedly trickier than other countries.
Dollto-China is also a good vendor for Irokebijin.

They’re a Chinese vendor but they seem legit. I don’t see much red flags other than lots of fake reviews. Because I don’t know anyone that ordered from them, it’s at your own risk.
Do NOT order from Realdollshub. I asked them if they could ship an 85cm doll to Norway which they replied “yes, no problem”. Dolls under 140cm are illegal in Norway. A good vendor would know (or at least look up) a country’s laws regarding dolls.
Avoid Realdollshub.
I’m not convinced that your statement is entirely accurate. I keep an eye on their Twitter and YouTube channels and they regularly post updates, including pictures from the factory. They are very active and I don’t believe they would be associated with any fraudulent websites. Maybe they are just not familiar with the relevant policies in Europe. I think there may be a miscommunication here.

Racyme is a knockoff doll brand, mostly WM Doll knockoffs. They used to be very popular but I haven’t heard their name in a while. Basically, they make cheap copies of WM Dolls, which is good enough for some people, but I personally wouldn’t recommend them. They’re a gamble in quality.
I was looking for an Aerith doll, but the best one is by GameLady and is quite expensive, so I ended up finding a cheaper one with similar quality, albeit a completely different body model, a 142.cm Aerith doll. Mailovedoll might be legit but their prices seem very low, like no-profit type of low. Although their brands are listed properly, the prices just seem a bit suspicious, especially the in-stock Piper 150cm Akira for only $1299. There also aren’t much reviews about them.
The 142cm Aerith doll originally released as a hybrid doll (silicone head+TPE body) while the 142cm Tifa is full silicone. Basically, this was their way of saying the 142cm body comes in both TPE and silicone. Just contact the vendor to get the full silicone version (142cm Aerith head with 142cm silicone body). However, the full silicone version is close to $2000 so it’s almost as much as the full-sized version anyway.
The cheapest trusted vendor who has that doll is Kumadoll. For a little more, they’re a safer choice than Mailovedoll.

They sell knockoff dolls. The JY Dolls (with silicone heads) for only $599 are a pretty obvious giveaway. They list some brands like WM, 6YE, AXB, etc, but the customization options are wrong, and the same for every brand. Very untrustworthy website and I doubt any of their name-brands are authentic. I personally would avoid them. Also don’t buy from vendors that use those “doll porn” gifs in their descriptions. It’s a weird trend some knockoff sites use and looks unprofessional.
I had a good experience using finelovedolls.com and was very happy with the Sinodoll I got (which they no longer carry due to a bad relationship with Sino). They ARE China based, but they had very good customer service, maybe a little too honest about how annoyed they were with Sinodolls at the time, and good prices. Also, contrary to what seems to be everyone else’s experience, I was very frustrated with the communication I had with RLSD support and with the tpe WM doll purchased from them.

I never received any order updates that I didn’t contact support directly to receive, and the information received was usually wrong or untimely. After about 5 weeks I asked for my first updated (I was getting a little impatient since the order hadn’t had a status update since placing order) that order said it was just finished, but there was a delay due to them not taking the verification photos or something and it should ship soon. About a week later with no update I asked again and they said it was about to ship and would be 8-10 days; well, it showed up the next day when my parents were visiting, thankfully they happened to be out shopping when UPS rolled up with a person sized box.

Thank you for the RLSD review. Depending on the brand you ordered, usually vendors submit the order and hear nothing back for weeks/months until the doll is finished. That part is normal. After the doll is finished, the brand sends factory photos to the vendor for approval. It sounds like they didn’t tell you when it finished or send you factory photos for approval. If that’s the case, that was poor service on their part. It also sounds like they didn’t send you a tracking number after it shipped. I will take what you said into consideration.

They sell cheap dolls, some of which are knockoffs. Someone bought a doll from there and told me they disposed of it within 6 months because it was poor quality. He got a full-sized one and said it was very heavy, had a simple skeleton with wire wrists that broke immediately, and the TPE was very oily and tore quickly. That was his description at least. Most brands have dolls between 125-148cm. Some popular ones are the TPE Piper Doll 130cm Phoebe and 140cm Ariel but they cost double the price you mentioned. You could also check out Kimber Doll, which is $600 but 157cm. As mentioned, lots of brands have dolls that size. I don’t know what kind of dolls you like. If you like the dolls on that website, then maybe AXB Doll or Aotume. If you live in the US, you can also browse around on TheDollChannel.

Some silicone doll manufacturers do custom faces but there’s mainly two problems: 1) it’s expensive (around $3000+ for a custom head) and 2) it may not turn out as good as you imagined. If you don’t like the final product, you most likely can’t get a full refund. My Robot Doll offers this service, or you can try contacting some brands. You can commission any human head you want but keep in mind the two issues I mentioned. It’s usually not recommended unless money isn’t an issue.

Some brands like Aotume could possibly be authentic but there are better places to buy them (such as MyRobotDoll). Their About Us section basically tells the whole story. They claim to be against cheap dolls, yet they sell them. They also claim to cooperate with brands like WM and Piper Doll, which aren’t even listed on their website. There’s also no way they have 15654 customers and 18649 orders. These are the types of sketchy vendors you want to avoid.
