Recently, a few people asked me “why aren’t there more BBW sex dolls out there?” Before that, it was “why aren’t there more anime dolls?” Well, what happens when you combine the two? You get Tenbudou Doll, an upcoming Japanese sex doll brand that specializes in anime BBW dolls. Wait, did I say “Japanese?” Unlike most sex dolls, these dolls are supposedly made in Japan (according to their website). That’s really rare nowadays. Also, this brand isn’t technically new, but they’re debuting in the West soon. Previously, they were only available in Japan.
Tenbudou Doll was founded by 天の舞 零番/Ten no Mai No. 0 (aamayo_maina02 on Twitter), a Japanese photographer most-known for his Siliko and Butterfly Doll photos. Like Mizuwali (who founded Piper Doll) and Yang Wanliang (who founded Firefly Diary), 天の舞 零番 is the latest photographer turned designer and brand owner. And like the previous two founders, he brought something unique to the table: anime BBW dolls. Let’s look at some of their dolls.

Overall, Tenbudou Doll looks like an interesting upcoming brand that will appeal to certain anime and BBW lovers. It’s an unexpected combination that’ll please a fairly untapped niche, but won’t appeal to everyone. And as you might imagine, they are, unfortunately, quite heavy. The 146cm body is 38 kg (84 lbs), 155cm is 43 kg (95 lbs), and 163cm is 53 kg (117 lbs). That’s pretty heavy, but if you want a thick and busty BBW doll, that’s kind of expected.
If you follow Japanese doll owners, you may have seen some of these photos before. They’ve actually has been around for a few months now, but were only available in Japan. According to their website, they’re made at “O Factory in Kyoto,” which if true, is very interesting and rare. Although there are some other Japanese brands like 4Woods and Orient Doll, it’s not common. Unlike the latter two, Tenbudou’s dolls are TPE, which are even rarer to see outside of China. I wonder how they’ll measure up.
Recently, one of their EU and US distributors contacted me, suggesting that they’re shipping globally soon. Therefore like Butterfly Doll, you won’t really find them at any vendors, but possibly soon. Also for some reason, their website says the 163cm body isn’t available overseas; I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s too heavy or expensive for them to ship internationally. Anyway, it’s super interesting to see a new brand arise despite being very niche.
Update: Turns out, they’re actually made in China after all.

They should check out the design of the Purple mattress. Those things go back to their normal shape after being stepped on. If they could make the insides of the doll spongy like the Purple mattress, they could reduce the weight if the doll.

Well asians aren’t that tall and I suppose the market for guys looking for dolls taller than them is much smaller, even that would be much above average compared to the world average.

I might be wrong, but for that price they probably create a new 3d model and mold, but the metal structure would cost a lot more. So they probably only increase the length of legs. I might be wrong though, got to ask.

I was really impressed with the breasts, almost on the level of Sino and Elsa Babe but these are even bigger (but clearly not as soft as those 2), other brands also have big breasts but from what I have seen they don’t usually have this level of fluidity.
They’ll need to improve on the heads though.
As for the TPE, well, a 53kg doll at 178k yen is really cheap, maybe moving to silicone would impact their sales too much.
